Self-directed continued education in neurodiversity (focused mainly on ADHD & Autism with some anxiety, OCD, and CPTSD sprinkled in), executive functioning supports, self-compassion, body-size diversity, relationships, conflict resolution, mindset, and chronic health conditions common among ADHD and Autistic individuals.
10+ years of experience teaching neurodivergent students to play the piano
