This is completely up to you. Different people have different needs when it comes to coaching. Do you need to meet once a week to keep you accountable and moving forward? Or, do you need more time between sessions so that you can really try out a new strategy?

I coach exclusively on Zoom. This allows me to coach clients from anywhere in the country.

To cancel an appointment, notify me at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of the appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full cost.

Whenever possible, I am happy to reschedule the appointment within the week at no additional cost. However, please respect my time by letting me know sooner (than 24 hours before) if a session needs to be canceled or rescheduled, whenever you can.

I will reach out via email within 24 hours of an introductory call. If it has been over 24 hours and you haven’t received an email, first, please check your spam folder. It is very possible that you will find the email there. If not, however, please reach out to me by emailing adhdcoachingwithjulia@gmail.com
